Job Description:

We’re seeking a talented and experienced VP Engineering to lead our engineering team. As the VP Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in driving our technical strategy, leading the development of our platform, and scaling our engineering team to support our growing customer base.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to our engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure we’re delivering on our strategic goals.
  • Drive the development of our platform and ensure that it’s scalable, secure, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Hire and manage a talented engineering team that’s focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality software.
  • Develop and execute on a technical roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Partner with product management to ensure that we’re delivering innovative solutions that meet our customers’ needs.
  • Establish and maintain development processes that ensure we’re delivering software on time and with high quality.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience building and scaling cloud-based platforms using microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and containerization.
  • Strong technical background in Go, React/TypeScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience managing a team of 30+ engineers and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
